  We are committed to fostering relationships with the children by consistently meeting their needs and building confidence.

• Staff Qualifications & Training

  Our staff meets and exceeds training guidelines as given by the state. All staff are First Aid & CPR certified and complete ongoing training related to their role throughout the year. All staff have passed a Virginia Record & FBI Screening Background Check as well as a Central Registry Unit Background Check.

• Play & Learning

  Our daily schedule utilizes an age appropriate curriculum that meets the 5 areas of learning. We incorporate various resources and methods to build lesson plans that engage the children through their senses and with hands on learning to help build a foundation for school readiness. Our goal is to nurture a love of learning at all levels.

• Health & Safety

  We pride ourselves in the presentation of our center. With regular maintenance and cleaning we hope to provide safe areas for the children. As well as a clean center, we also promote good hygiene with the children and wash hands many times throughout the day. To keep germs down as much as possible the center also implements policies regarding illnesses.
